Recently closed an account with them and they failed to tell us that if anything tries to come through the account, rather than denying it they accept it on an account that is supposed to be closed. They shredded the debit card and said that it was all set. Not fully explaining their policy. Now we have to wait 90 days to get our money back. The entire company has disgusting, dishonest practices. Do yourself a favor and bank with someone else.By Amanda Davis, February 21, 2017
